The wife of the president, Aisha Buhari, has pleaded with the governors of Adamawa, Borno and Yobe states.

Aisha pleaded with the governors to look into the nutritional status of babies and children in the IDP camps in their various states.
The wife of the president who is grieved as a mother, urged these governors on this so as to checkmate the degrading lifestyle lived by children in the said states.
Aisha is said to have also realized that some of the children who are internally displaced and in camps face malnutrition.She said these children ought to enjoy specialized nutritional needs due to their situation.
Mrs Buhari further commended Akinwunmi Ambode, Governor of Lagos State for donating N150 million to the Governments of Adamawa, Borno and Yobe to assist them in the rehabilitation of internally displaced persons (IDPs)
