Media practitioners of oil and gas producing areas of Nigeria have pledged to co-operate with the Delta State House of Assembly Speaker, Hon Ovwigho Igbuya.
They also praised Igbuya for bringing about a more dynamic way of administering the affairs of the Delta State House of Assembly.
The journalists, who paid a courtesy call on Igbuya in Asaba lauded him for his good work in the state, particularly the positive impact on the communities in the oil and gas producing areas.
They also acknowledged his leadership qualities, strategic roles in the development of the state and his immense contributions to the development of the oil and gas producing areas, especially the timely passage of the DESOPADEC Amendment Bill and other steps so far taken, adding that they would continue to pray for the success of the Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa led Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) administration.
