The remains of the Late Umaru Shinkafi, were laid to rest on Friday in Sokoto.
The federal government delegation to the burial was led by the Minister of the Interior, Lt Gen Abdulrahman Dambazau. Also on the entourage were the Minister of Justice Mallam Abubakar Malami, Minister of State for Aviation, Senator Sirika and Minister of Water Resources, Alhaji Sulieman Adamu.
Others present at the burial were the Sultan of Sokoto, Governor of Sokoto, Aminu Tambuwal and others.
